Psychological awareness, not just techniques
My work supports organisations to think more clearly about the relational and emotional dynamics that shape practice, decision-making, and organisational culture — particularly in complex, high-pressure, or creative environments.
I bring over twenty years’ experience in higher education (2004–2024) across psychology and psychotherapy disciplines, and several years as a human diversity trainer for medical students.
